Rick Sica

Head Coach

Rick is married to Denise and is blessed to have five children, Caleb, Naomi, Eliya, Gianna, and Lydia. Rick and Denise are members of LifePoint Church in Franklin Township. Rick has served as the head coach for Genesis cross country since 2018 and the head coach for Genesis track & field since 2021. He also coached soccer for seventeen years, four with Genesis.  He has run competitively since 6th grade winning many races. In Rick's spare time, he likes to be involved in his kid's activities and continues to work out and train for road races.

Aaron Hodge

Athletic Director

Aaron and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 25 years. They have four children: Tatem (23), Pipar (17), Hady (12), and Aaron (11).  Aaron and Kelly began their homeschooling journey nearly 20 years ago, building a home centered on faith, family, education, and 4H.

Aaron has served as Assistant Coach for both Cross Country and Track. Coaching has given him the opportunity to help athletes not only in their spiritual growth but also in their discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. He values the role athletics can play in developing Christ-like character while reinforcing the principles that guide life beyond competition. He is passionate about fostering a Christ-centered athletic culture where families are supported, coaches are equipped, and athletes are encouraged to pursue excellence with humility and integrity.

Holly Gollahan

Director of Spiritual Growth

Holly is married to Mark and their children are Elizabeth, Daniel, Jonathan, and Jared. Daniel joined Genesis  Track and Field and Cross Country in 2020 and now Jonathan and Jared run also. She has served in leadership in American Heritage Girls and Trail Life for years. In her spare time, she enjoys working with her horse and spending time outside. She looks forward to getting to know the athletes and helping them to grow in their faith.

Christy Gliege

Treasurer

Cory and Christy met as friends at church camp in High School and later married, having celebrated their 31st  anniversary this year.  After first living in Saskatchewan, SK, Canada (Cory’s native land), they eventually settled in Indianapolis where they began their family and have welcomed their first grandchild, Walker Ames Nottingham from oldest daughter Emelia and husband, Asher.  Graice and Hanna joined Indy Genesis, both participating in Track and Soccer and have loved every minute of it!  As a bookkeeper, Christy is happy for the opportunity to serve the Indy Genesis Track Community as Treasurer and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling as often as life allows.

Allee Kreppein 

Secretary

Allee is married to Joseph and they have four children: Juliet, Madeleine, Alice and Philip. She is currently the Troop Coordinator for the American Heritage Girls troop in Columbus, while Joseph is the Hawk leader for the Columbus Trail Life troop. They both enjoy leading in those ministries. The Kreppeins have been blessed to homeschool for 6 years, and joined the Genesis family when Juliet began running track in 4th grade. As a family, they enjoy serving in their church and the community, attending Christian concerts, traveling through our beautiful country, camping, hiking, homesteading, and watching classic TV shows together. In her free time, Allee enjoys baking sourdough, crocheting, reading, canoeing, planning homeschool field trips, and watching documentaries.
