Athletic Director
Ashley Bierman
Ashley and her husband Lonny are grateful to be a part of Indy Genesis. Their kids are Michael (16), Gabriel (15), Julian (14) and Kayden (13). Her kids participate in track and cross country with Indy Genesis. Their family attends Shelbyville Community Church. Prior to homeschooling, Ashley worked as a caregiver and in the office of the private school her children attended. She served on the school board, was the chair of the parent service organization and was on the event planning committee. Ashley strives to serve the coaches, athletes and their families with a smoothly run season. Ashley enjoys spending time with family and running their small farm.

Holly Gollahan
Director of Spiritual Growth
Holly has been married to Mark for 26 years. Their children are Elizabeth (21), Daniel (17), Jonathan (12), and Jared (7). Daniel joined Genesis Track and Field and Cross Country in 2020 and now Jonathan and Jared run also. She has served in leadership in American Heritage Girls and Trail Life for around 10 years. In her spare time, she enjoys working with her horse and spending time outside. She looks forward to getting to know the athletes and helping them to grow in their faith.

Dayla Foster
Secretary
Dayla and her husband Sean are thankful to be a part of Indy Genesis. Our family has participated in both the Soccer and Track programs. They have 5 children: Savannah 27, Noah 24, Alyssa 22, Joshua 18, and Emma 17. They are blessed with two sons in laws (Stephen and Cameron) and daughter in law (Maria), as well as one very spoiled granddaughter (Paisley). Dayla and her family attend Indian Creek Christian Church. We are entering our 22nd and final year of homeschooling. In our spare time we love to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Rick Sica
Head Coach
Rick is married to Denise. Their kids are Caleb (22), Naomi (19), Eliya (16), Gianna (13), and Lydia (7). Rick has coached soccer for about seventeen years, four with Genesis, and has run competitively since 6th grade. In Rick's spare time, he likes to be involved in his children's activities and continues to workout and train for road races.

Jeff Zike
Assistant Coach - Long Distance
Jeff is married to Nicky. The have 5 children: Calla (22), Molly (18), Teige (14), Katie (12), and Henry (8). He has been an avid runner for over 15 years doing many road and trail races ranging from 5ks to marathons. He continues to train and occasionally race, when his schedule permits. Jeff seeks to train young athletes that larger goals can be met through consistent workouts, pushing themselves and encouraging each other to improve with each week and each meet. He and his family enjoy watching movies, home improvement projects, playing board games, hiking, and other activities with friends and the homeschooling organizations they are involved in. They're members of Stones Crossing Church. Jeff also enjoys mountain biking, climbing, snowboarding, and fixing cars.

Jon Rupel
Assistant Coach - Sprints & Hurdles
Jon is married to his wonderful wife Laura and lives in Whiteland, IN with their four children Sydney (14), Bradley (12), Matthew (10) and Addison (9). He competed in hurdles, sprint relays and high jump in both high school and college. This will be his second year as a coach for Indy Genesis Track. His goal is to help every athlete reach their full potential in anything they do, appreciate the hard work they put in to get there, and be an example of Christ and great sportsmanship along the way. In his spare time Jon enjoys spending time with his family, running, and reading.

Taylor Connett
Assistant Coach - Middle & Long Distance
Taylor’s from Erlanger, Kentucky where her family lives. She has an older sister, a younger brother and a younger sister. She recently moved to Indianapolis and is the graphic designer at Dycora. Taylor ran track in high school which started her love for running leading her to run cross country. Taylor is excited to be a part of the Indy Genesis community and wants to help the athletes become stronger physically, mentally and spiritually while having fun competing in the sport. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her dog, watching t.v., and making art.
